Mr. Tagliamonte is a professional mining engineer with over 25 years of progressive managerial experience building and operating mines. He was formerly the CEO and a Director of Sulliden Gold Corp. (acquired by Rio Alto Mining), President and CEO of Central Sun Mining Inc. (acquired by B2Gold) and Chief Operating Officer of Desert Sun Mining Corp. (acquired by Yamana) where he was responsible for the development of the Jacobina Mine in Brazil into a 4,200-tonne-per-day mining operation. In 2005, Mr. Tagliamonte received the Mining Journal's "Mine Manager of the Year" award in recognition for his work in the mining sector. Mr. Tagliamonte obtained his Mining Engineering degree at Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario; he also holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Mr. Costa has over 30 years of technical and operational experience in the Brazilian mining industry, specifically in the mining and processing of gold ore, hydrometallurgical processes and occupational safety. During his professional career, he has been responsible for the implementation, management, construction, commissioning and operation of projects of renowned mining companies such as Mineração Morro Velho, Votorantim, Desert Sun Mining, Yamana Gold, Jacobina Mineração, Vanadium de Maracás and Serabi Mineração in Pará. Mr. Costa is a graduate from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), and also holds a Masters degree in Engineering from Queen's University in Kingston, Canada.

Mr. Pritchard is a professional with over 30 years of experience in project and operations management in the mining industry both in North America as well as internationally, including, in particular, Brazil. Mr. Pritchard’s mining experience includes the management of pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, engineering, procurement and construction management projects. He has held senior executive positions at various organizations worldwide including SNC-Lavalin and De Beers Canada.

Mr. Ptolemy is a CPA, CGA and CFA charter holder and obtained a B.A. from Western University. He serves as CFO to a number of public and private companies in the mining sector, particularly exploration and development stage companies in South America. Mr. Ptolemy formerly served as CFO for an independent investment dealer in Toronto where he was responsible for financial reporting, auditing, budgeting and internal controls.

Mr. Amireault, MScA, P.Eng., holds a master’s degree in Applied Sciences from École Polytechnique of the University of Montréal and is a member in good standing of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec. Mr. Amireault has over 25 years of experience in mineral exploration, particularly in Central and South America. He was formerly the Vice President of Exploration for Sulliden Gold Corporation Ltd. until its acquisition by Rio Alto Mining in 2014. 

Mr. Said is a corporate securities lawyer who works as a legal consultant to various Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange listed companies in the mining, oil & gas and technology industries. He also sits on the board of directors of various public and private companies. Mr. Said previously worked as a securities lawyer at a large Toronto corporate law firm, where he worked on a variety of corporate and commercial transactions. Mr. Said obtained a Juris Doctor from the Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto and he received a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) with a minor in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University.
